A warm Sunday, zucchini cakes and fresh strawberries. The perfect Sunday brunch.
Zucchini Cakes: Mix grated zucchini and a little red onion. Add an egg or two (I used two), a tsp of baking powder and 4 or 5 tbsp of flour. Salt and pepper. Fry in a large skillet with half butter and half olive oil. Serve with sour cream or greek yogurt. So good!
