
It's been a long, difficult yet interesting and illuminating year, and I, for one, am really looking forward to starting fresh. Speaking of fresh, this is what I had for lunch yesterday - a kale and cous cous salad with cranberries and almonds. Delicious! I saw the recipe on Poppytalk and had to try it. The only change I made was sauteeing the onions before cooking them into the cous cous because I'm not crazy about raw onions in salad. Great recipe, though. Happy New Year!
